Today I purchased my first car from Turners. A lovely BMW 3 Series Tourer. Found everyone at Turners very friendly and very helpful indeed. Mike introduced me to the car and even though it took a couple of weeks we got a deal done in the end. Thanks must also go to Ian who managed to help us out with a very reasonable finance agreement. Dear Jonathan, Over the years I have purchased 5 cars from Turners and every time listened to your staff sell the virtues of the Turners no quibble warranty, as you appreciate car buyers are always cynical about guarantees and offers in the motor trade. I have always purchased cars from Turners in the belief you would come good if I had a problem. As you know this time the car has had problems that neither of us could have been aware of and problems that were exacerbated by a misunderstanding at the repair garage. I would hate to think what the cost to your company has been. It’s been a couple of months now since the purchase of our new Ford S-Max (now know as, The Family Battle Bus) from turners and it’s great to be able to say that we have a brilliant and well loved family car especially after the brilliant service we received. Me and my wife would like to thank the all the staff that dealt with and helped us in particular Ben.

This was my first experience with Turners. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential “Keeper” for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 245 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Ian Buse, who informed me that it in fact was still available. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I’m a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Ian went above and beyond when I had questions about. Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless.

Just bought a lovely Mercedes estate and traded in our ford c max. Was absolutely so impressed with the service experience we received. Ben was an absolute gent. What a star. Would definitely recommend turners and will definitely be back. Thank you xx
